Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Rowan Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across El Paso. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
