Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (El Paso, TX)

Bright Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around El Paso, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
