Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Denver focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
