Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Field Construction and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Denver. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for materials orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
