Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Denver, CO)

Fernwood River Manufacturing is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
