Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Denver, CO)

Foxglove Beacon Manufacturing makes precision components in Denver. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 334 people based in Denver. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for machine downtime. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
