Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Hollow Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Denver region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for harvest schedules. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
