Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Glen Inspection Services Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
