Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove River Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
