Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Stonegate Cedar Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Colorado Springs, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for field inspections. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
