Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Loom Construction and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for project schedules. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
