Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Lakeside Telecom Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
