Nova Umber Farms is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 239 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for field records. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation.
