Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Stone Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Cleveland area. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for field visits. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
