Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Ashton Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Cincinnati, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for field visits. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
