Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Charlotte, NC)

Foxglove Fern Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Charlotte, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for customer tracking. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
