Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Charleston, SC)

Clearpath Glen Foods is a Charleston food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for sanitation schedules. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
