Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Lumen Clear Farms and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for packing house output. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
