Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Amberfield Willow Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Buffalo. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 640 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for permits. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
