Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Thistle Press and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for paper stock. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
