Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Corner Auto Group Partners operates automotive service and parts businesses around Atlanta. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
