Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Pike Markets is a Albuquerque retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
