Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge West Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 811 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for recycling loads. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
