Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone River Markets Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 761 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Knowledge of freight terms.
