Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Umber Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Albuquerque, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
