IT Support Specialist - venue technology (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Sparrow Arts Center runs two theatres and a gallery in Reno, employing about 70 staff plus seasonal crew. We are looking for a contract IT support specialist to keep our ticketing, sound and office systems running. What you will do • Support box-office computers, ticket printers, projectors and staff laptops. • Look after the venue Wi-Fi and networks on show days, when they are under heavy use. • Help prepare for an upgrade of our ticketing system, including data checks and staff training. What we are looking for • Two years of IT support experience. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends around performances. Contract for six months, on site in Reno.
