IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Wichita, KS)

Amberfield Orchard Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Wichita. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
