IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Wichita, KS)

Westbrook Glen Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Wichita, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
