IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate River Financial Partners and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
