IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Virginia Beach, VA)

Silverline Pine Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Virginia Beach, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 678 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
