IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Cedar Environmental Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
