IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Iron Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Tulsa region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
