IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Kestrel Markets is a Tulsa retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 919 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
