IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Meridian Civic Services supports public agencies in Tulsa with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 293 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
