IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Wilder Manufacturing is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
