IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Vista Markets is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 682 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
