IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Yarrow Legal Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
