IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Ashton Civic Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
