IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Juniper Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Toledo region. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
