IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bridge Freight and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
