IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Orchard Freight is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
