IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Pine Community Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
