IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Tampa, FL)

Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Tampa. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
