IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Vale Community Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
