IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cedar Hospitality and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 302 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
