IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Bright Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Tampa. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
