IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (St. Louis, MO)

Redstone Pine Staffing is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
