IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Sparrow Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around St. Louis, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
