IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (St. Louis, MO)

Clearpath River Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in St. Louis. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
