IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Meridian Arts Center is a cultural organisation in St. Louis presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
